Use an online form
There are many things you can do online at our surgery. Some tasks you can do using a website called Accurx where you can:
request an appointment
order repeat prescriptions
request a sick note
ask about test results
contact us about an admin request
You don’t need an account to use this website. This service is available Monday to Friday from 7.30am. Requests received after 1pm may not be read until the following working day.
All admin and non-urgent requests are handled within 48 hours.
You can use the NHS App to order and check on repeat prescriptions, look up symptoms and get instant advice, view your GP medical record and more.
You will need to register to use the NHS App – just follow the instructions in the app once you have downloaded it. It is available to use 24/7.
What the NHS App does
order repeat prescriptions – see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to.
book some appointments – search for, book and cancel appointments at your GP surgery, and see details of your upcoming and past appointments.
check your symptoms – search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments, and get instant advice or medical help near you.
register your organ donation decision – choose to donate some or all of your organs and check your registered decision.
find out how the NHS uses your data – choose if data from your health records is shared for research and planning.
view parts of your GP record – including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.
